tortillaaaaaaas!

So today we made a very simple tapa. Tortillas. But these were very special tortillas. Well, not really. But I've never had anything like them. They were simply a mix of potato, eggs, and union. They were fantastic, although I did add ketchup on top. So yeah, that's all really. Here's a picture:

 

my mom thought the tomatoes and salt and pepper would add a nice touch to the picture. Gotta love her
